I understand there are NO REFUNDS. Billing will start for my account the day I sign up and continue every 30 days thereafter until I manually cancel. The account will renew in billing every 30 days till I cancel or pass the evaluation no matter what status the account is in. I understand renewing does not reset my account balance, only resets do that. Since billing is on a 30-day cycle, dates from month to month may differ from 2 days after or up to 3 days before the date of the previous billing cycle. I alone will have to manage my subscription and must cancel via the website before renewal, if I choose to do so. There are no partial refunds. Account will be good until the end of my 30 days. If I cancel accidentally or intentionally, I understand it is impossible to reactivate the account for any reason and will have to start a new account. I understand I will not dispute any charges. Any disputed charges will be referred to collections, with any collection and attorney fees being added on to the amount owed. I understand billing for an extra session or for upgraded market depth shall expire at the end of each month, no matter when I subscribe and I will have to renew manually each month. I authorize my credit card to be charged and processed through Apex\'s merchant account. I attest that all information, including the name and personal information, are true and correct. Reset fees do not renew. I understand resets do not change my renewal date. I will still be billed every 30 days from the original subscription date.
